Business for sale
With BT.GE assistance it is possible to sell a commercial premise, an enterprise, a restaurant, an object under construction, a land plot, a company share, the patent, generally the business of any type and any direction.
Business/ property for sale is enabled within 2 methods:
a) An experienced team of BT.GE business brokers will manage and sell your business/property under exclusive conditions (Service fee per month - 79 $).
b) You yourself can submit the application on the platform, lead the negotiations with interested parties, and sell a business/property.
с) BT.GE online platform enables a founder/ owner to sell a business, in case of request, in the form of auction (auction is an opportunity of selling a business at a higher price and/or shorter period of time).

Corporate (exclusive) services
Our team will search for an appropriate land plot, or a business project, in accordance with your (customer's) interests, resolve permit and licensing issues (if necessary), arrange legal procedures and provide you with a ready-made business project.
The benefit (service fee) will be received by us only after the business project being developed in accordance with the customer's interests and thus handed over to the customer.
Directions of the corporate service:
- Construction-development project: search for an appropriate land plot, arrangement of procurement procedures, conducting negotiations with the community, development of the construction project (in accordance with the customer’s interests), obtaining of the construction permit;
- Factory/warehouse: Searching for a land plot on the basis of the specifics of the factory/warehouse, arrangement of the procurement procedures, development of the construction project, obtaining a construction permit, licensing;
- Power plant: selecting of the site aimed at construction of solar, hydro, wind power plant, conducting research works, negotiating with the community, development of the project, obtaining of the construction permit;
- Natural resources: location identification of the necessary natural resources, conducting research works, obtaining the license, conducting negotiations with the community;
