1. In parallel to your main business (with a total participation volume of 1-5 hours per month), you have an opportunity to work out quite a substantial profit by simply connecting BT.GE to the owner of any property put up for sale. For example: As soon as you hear/see a land plot put up for sale somewhere, talk to the owner and connect him with BT.GE. If the BT.GE team will be able to sell this property, you will receive financial benefit (calculation formula: if the property values $1 million US dollars and appears to be sold by the BT.GE team, you will receive 0.1%, i.e. $1000 US dollars as profit);

2. The BT.GE team will provide you with the information about properties for sale in Georgia (land plot, hotel, building, restaurant, commercial premises, hydroelectric power station, etc.) via email. If you spread the information and/or connect the BT.GE team with a person interested in purchase of this property, and the whole process ends up in buying the asset through trading, you will receive your commission. In this case, the benefit is 0.1% of the agreement fee. For example: You receive a message from BT.GE according to which a land plot, with construction permission is for sale for $4,500,000 US dollars. If you are able to remember a person interested in purchase the abovementioned land, you will clarify the interest (rate) with the owner and connect him with the BT.GE team. In case the real estate is sold out, you will receive 0.1% of the agreement fee (for example: the agreement fee = $4,500 000 US dollars, your profit will be $4500 US dollars) only for connecting BT.GE with the buyer.

If an asset, that you informed the BT.GE team about, is sold out or if a potential buyer connected with the BT.GE team by you, buys the asset, you will be paid the royalty due within 30 working days since the issue date of the relevant agreement.
