With the purpose of investment we are in search for construction project in Tbilisi, located in the central part of the city (Vake, Vera, Saburtalo, Avlabari).

Functional purpose of the building under construction: multi-apartment residential house, office/shopping center (the subject to our interest is not a hotel).

Investment for the abovementioned construction project denotes co-financing no more than $ 750 000 USD.

Interested companies/persons please share with us the following information:

• Address /cadastral code of the construction object;
• Construction project (where detailed planning, construction and sales premises can be seen);
• Brief description of the works performed (the amount spent in total);
• Description of the existing financing sources of the project;
• The amount needed for completion of the project ($);
• The amount of funding ($) required from the investor and the sources/strategies for raising other funds required for project completion;
• Offer made to investor in exchange for financing provided (i.e. when and what is the benefit received by the investor);
• Guarantees of the amount invested (what type of guarantees can be provided by the recipient of the money).
